At HNI, we believe our focus on diversity and looking for more ways to be a truly inclusive organization-one that makes full use of the contributions of all members-is not just a nice idea, it is good business sense that yields greater productivity and competitive advantage. Diversity Defined:

Diversity is defined broadly as all the ways in which we differ.  This definition contains the obvious differences such as race, gender, age, language, nationality, disability and includes the subtle differences such as education, ethnicity, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, career experience, personality and business segment.
